The restaurant serves decent meals. breakfast shines particularly bright. A car is advisable to explore the region comfortably. Service was a mixed bag, with some outstanding staff and some inefficiencies.

The lack of maintenance is glaring!!! The tennis courts look neglected, the parking system is confusing, and the overall decor feels outdated. The pool area needs a thorough cleaning, as debris was visible. Fix these issues, please!!!

The state of the facilities shows signs of wear, particularly the aging tiles around the pool and a lack of proper maintenance with missing tiles. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent. The shower amenities were not replenished daily, leading to some discomfort. Reserved spa time may be cut short unexpectedly, diminishing the relaxation experience you hope to enjoy. The unconventional parking access with traffic lights can be a hassle.

We had an awesome time at this place! The views were breathtaking, and the staff made us feel really welcome. From the bartenders to reception, everyone was super nice and helpful. We loved the in-room breakfast, but part of the restaurant felt kinda slow at dinner, which was a bummer.
